Third-Party Notices

1. Scope

This Third-Party Notices document applies to Air Strike Arcade (the “App”), developed and distributed by AFK GAMES STUDIO (“Studio”).

It identifies (i) third-party open source software, (ii) third-party services/SDKs, and (iii) certain third-party or licensed creative assets included in or used by the App.

These notices are provided for attribution and statutory compliance only. They do not modify the App’s Terms of Service or Privacy Policy.

Privacy-related disclosures (e.g., advertising identifiers, approximate location inferred from IP, app interactions, diagnostics, consent signals, and crash reporting) are described in the Privacy Policy and in the applicable provider notices/policies.

2. Location / Availability

This notice is provided in-app (Settings/About → Third-Party Notices) and may also be available on the Studio website.

If a web copy differs from the in-app copy included with your installed build, the in-app copy controls for that build.

3. Included Notices (Links / Attachments)

The App includes separate, provider-specific notices and license texts. Where available in this build, they are accessible from this screen as individual links/buttons:

Firebase-related disclosures (Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics) are included in Section C of this document (no separate notice file in this build).

If any listed file is not present in a specific build variant, the Studio will provide the applicable license/notice upon request.

A. Open Source Software (OSS)

A.1 Summary

The App includes open source components. Each component is governed by its own license terms.

In the event of a conflict between this notice and an applicable open source license, the open source license controls solely with respect to that component.

A.2 Primary OSS License Family (Apache License 2.0) — Non-Exhaustive

The following primary components are commonly used by the App and are generally licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0:

NOTE ON COMPLETENESS: This list is intended to cover primary components. The App may also include additional open source libraries and transitive dependencies that carry their own licenses.

A.3 License Text Availability

The full text of the Apache License, Version 2.0 is provided within the App (see “Apache 2.0” in this screen) and/or distributed with the App package as a license file.

B. Creative Assets & Synthetic Media

B.1 Summary

The App incorporates certain third-party assets and/or synthetic media (AI-generated) used under applicable licenses or Studio subscriptions.

Users receive no license to extract, redistribute, or commercially exploit these assets outside the App, except as permitted by applicable law and as described in the App’s Terms of Service.

C. Third-Party Services & SDKs

C.1 Summary

The App uses certain third-party services/SDKs (e.g., advertising, consent/privacy options flows, analytics, and crash reporting).

Provider data handling may include device identifiers, approximate location inferred from IP, app interaction signals, diagnostics/performance signals, consent state, and crash logs, depending on region, configuration, and user choices.

C.2 Included Services/SDKs

Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK

Category: Third-Party Service / SDK (Advertising)
Provider: Google LLC
Purpose: Ad delivery, measurement, frequency capping, fraud prevention
Data/Privacy: May process and share advertising/device identifiers, approximate location inferred from IP, app interactions and advertising events, diagnostics/performance signals, and anti-fraud signals, as described in the Privacy Policy and Google’s policies.

Google User Messaging Platform (UMP)

Category: Third-Party Service / SDK (Consent / Privacy Options)
Provider: Google LLC
Purpose: Consent collection and privacy options flow (where required/available, e.g., EEA/UK)
Data/Privacy: May process consent state and related device/technical signals as described in the Privacy Policy and Google’s policies.

Firebase Analytics

Category: Third-Party Service / SDK (Analytics / Measurement)
Provider: Google LLC (Firebase)
Purpose: App usage measurement and analytics to improve the App
Data/Privacy: May process app interaction events, device/technical information, and identifiers used for measurement/analytics, as described in the Privacy Policy and Google’s policies.

Firebase Crashlytics

Category: Third-Party Service / SDK (Diagnostics / Crash Reporting)
Provider: Google LLC (Firebase)
Purpose: Crash reporting and stability diagnostics
Data/Privacy: May collect and process crash logs (e.g., stack traces) and related technical/diagnostic signals to diagnose and fix stability issues, as described in the Privacy Policy and Google’s policies. Crash logs are not shared with non-Google third parties for advertising.
