Good-Faith Statement
To the best of the Studio’s knowledge and good-faith belief, the generated music included in the App is used under a valid Studio subscription/plan and in compliance with Suno’s applicable terms/policies at the time of generation. The Studio is responsible for securing any required rights, consents, and permissions associated with the use of generated music.
Attribution
Attribution requirements (if any) are governed by Suno’s terms/policies and the Studio’s subscription tier/contract. If attribution is required, it will be provided in the App’s Third-Party Notices and/or credits.
No Endorsement
Suno is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, AFK GAMES STUDIO or the App.
Organization Note
